For the past 25 years, the Law Office of John L. Coppolino, Ltd. has represented thousands of buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island. We also represent owners who are refinancing their existing mortgages. We work with local and national lenders across the country, and are licensed title insurance agents for several of the leading national underwriters. We also write and issue title policies in-house.
Our office is dedicated to understanding each client’s unique goals and providing tailored legal solutions to meet their needs. John L. Coppolino is a trusted and experienced real estate attorney who has helped thousands of clients with the purchase, sale, and refinancing of their residential and commercial properties. With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, he knows what it takes to get the job done. From start to finish, he works tirelessly on behalf of his clients, keeping them fully informed throughout the transaction. He is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
John’s real estate experience isn’t limited to the closing table. He has also conducted first-time homebuyer seminars, taught continuing education classes for realtors in Massachusetts and Rhode Island;, served as in-house counsel for two of the largest national real estate companies, and owned a brokerage company with many agents in both states. This broad understanding of how the real estate industry works serves as an invaluable asset for all of his clients.
He received his B.A. from the University of Rhode Island, and his J.D. from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law. He is a member of the Massachusetts Real Estate Bar Association and the Rhode Island Bar Association, numerous bar association committees, and several chambers of commerce and networking groups. When he isn’t assisting clients and networking with other professionals, John enjoys travel, especially internationally, and spending quality time with family and friends.
